We are in the business of designing and manufacturing precision Cleaning and Degreasing Machines for industrial parts and components (with Aqueous & Solvent media).

NGCT Cleansys Pvt. Ltd has partnered with HEMO Oberflächentechnik GmbH, and LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH of Germany, who are experts in industrial component cleaning business based in Germany and have a large global customer base.

Maintenance

We follow optimal process to ensure that the quality of parts cleaning / degreasing is consistent in achieving cleanliness values, productivity and drying.

Infrastructure

  • Building built on a plot of 22,000 sq. feet.
  • Electrical power connection of more than 150 HP.
  • In-house quality machinery, equipments, tools, instruments etc. needed for assembling, precision measurements, testing, quality assurance etc. 6 Ton overhead EOT crane.
  • 2D and 3D Computer Aided Designing packages. All designs, drawings and Bills of Material are generated using these packages so that data will be retained and can be retrieved at anytime.
  • Well-equipped supplier and vendor network for Laser cutting, Power Shearing, CNC Power Press, Plasma Cutting, TIG / Pulse Welding, Material Testing, CNC Machining, Panel Wiring, etc.
  • Technology Centre with complete Millipore apparatus for evaluating gravimetric cleanliness and Leica setup for particle size analysis, along with cleaning machines (Aqueous & Solvent) for conducting trials.

Located @ Plot E-60/61, Ranjangaon MIDC which is about
55 kms from Pune towards Ahmednagar.

The two companies are also equity share holders in NGCT Cleansys Pvt. Ltd. ​

Mr. Vinay Anagol is a Mechanical Engineer with an experience of 35 years in marketing, designing, manufacturing, installing and commissioning Industrial Component Cleaning machines. He has worked with one of the leading company manufacturing cleaning machines in India and has knowledge about the cleaning processes, customers, competitors, criticality and complexity of cleaning applications, etc. He is a team builder and has passion for innovation and learning.

Mr. Sushilkumar Khamkar

GM – OPERATIONS & ENGINEERING

Mr. Sushilkumar Khamkar is an Instrumentation Engineer with total experience of 17 years in Electrical Design and Programming. He has 14 years experience in the industrial component cleaning machines with respect to overall design, manufacturing and programming of the machines.

Mr. Venkatesh Venkatachalam

DIRECTOR – OPERATION & CFO

Mr. Venkatesh Venkatachalam is an MBA with 35 years experience in handling finance and operations in similar companies. He has more than 20 years experience in handling finance, purchases and operations of an Industrial Component Cleaning machine manufacturing company. He has good relations with bankers, suppliers and employees.

Mr. Rama Wakle

VICE PRESIDENT – FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

Mr. Rama Wakle is a Diploma in Business Administration and has an experience of around 30 years in handling finance, administration, HR and statutory requirements. He has very good experience in liasoning with financial institutions and government officials.
